• Booking Simple is a ticketing and platform provider unless clearly stated as the event organiser.
• The Event Organiser is responsible for event delivery, the venue, performers, event information and any event-specific conditions.
• Booking Simple may review and approve events before they are published.
• The ticket price, any mandatory fees and the total amount are displayed clearly before payment.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or registration.
• Seat availability updates immediately after a successful booking to prevent double booking.
• Tickets and QR codes must not be copied, altered or fraudulently reused.
• Organisers and venues may enforce lawful entry conditions.
• Nothing in these terms excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Booking Simple may suspend fraudulent, unsafe or unlawful accounts or events.
• The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or third-party outages.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
