• We do not store full card details in Booking Simple.

• We share only necessary booking information with the relevant Event Organiser.
• We do not sell customer personal information.
• Organisers cannot automatically add ticket buyers to marketing lists.
• We use basic cookies and analytics to operate and improve the platform.
• We protect personal information using reasonable security controls.
• You can request access to, correction of, and account/privacy changes to your information.
• We maintain a data-breach response process.
• We delete or de-identify information when no longer reasonably required, subject to legal and payment requirements.
